Express orders have to be prepaid and come at an extra charge of ₹200.

When will I receive my order?
After dispatching, prepaid ready to ship orders take 2-7 working days to get delivered depending on the pincode. COD orders take 3-10 working days to get delivered depending on the pincode.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. You can place your order directly from the website (shipping charges will be included at checkout) or email us at hello@andalsoindia.com with your country details and we will help you with the same.
Can I cancel / update my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases, refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
Once the product is shipped out, we cannot cancel the order, only exchange. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy for more details.
