After dispatching, prepaid orders take 2-7 working days to get delivered depending on the pincode.
COD orders take 3-10 working days to get delivered depending on the pincode.
In case you need your order faster, feel free to contact us via mail or WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to send your order on express, depending on pincode serviceability.
Express orders have to be prepaid and come at an extra charge of ₹150.

We do not provide returns on our products once they have been dispatched.
Incase of exchange, we are happy to do the same within 14 days of delivery if sent back in the original condition and packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. You can place your order directly from the website (shipping charges will be included at checkout) or email us at hello@andalsoindia.com with your country details and we will help you with the same.
Can I cancel / update my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases, refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
Once the product is shipped out, we cannot cancel the order, only exchange. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy for more details.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped with the carrier name and tracking details.
What is your shipping fee?
Prepaid orders within India have free shipping.
